# ShopClaw eCom AI Toolkit

Free starter kit for turning store signals into reviewable eCommerce work.

## 1. Pick a goal and baseline

- Store URL:
- Goal for this month:
- Metric and exact date range:
- Current value:
- Source of the data:

## 2. Check six signals

- [ ] One measurable goal is clear.
- [ ] The baseline is recorded before any change.
- [ ] The surface already has meaningful traffic or customer impact.
- [ ] Evidence is separated from assumptions.
- [ ] The approval and rollback rules are clear.
- [ ] A follow-up readback date is set.

## 3. Copy a prompt

### Product page

Act as a Shopify merchandising reviewer. Review this product page: [URL or pasted copy]. My target customer is [who]. My goal is [goal]. Identify up to 3 specific points of friction, quote the page evidence for each one, and suggest a small reversible change. Do not invent product claims or customer research. End with what data I should check after the change.

### Collection

Act as an eCommerce operator. Here is a collection page: [URL or pasted content]. Here are its last 28 days of sessions, add-to-cart rate and sales: [data]. Compare the page promise, first visible products, availability and navigation. Propose one change with the clearest evidence. Label assumptions, risks, approval needed and a rollback path. Do not infer a revenue lift from these inputs.

### Weekly brief

Act as the weekly eCommerce operations lead. My goal is [goal]. Here are this week's Shopify, search and marketing observations: [data]. Separate facts from hypotheses. Rank 3 actions by evidence, expected effort, reversibility and measurement quality. For each action, name the owner approval required, the exact change to make and the metric and date for a follow-up check. If data is missing, say what to collect first.

## 4. Write an action brief

### Signal

What did we observe? Include a link or data source and the exact date range.

### Hypothesis

What might explain the signal? Label assumptions clearly.

### Proposed change

What exact page, product, collection or flow will change? Keep the first change small.

### Gate

Who approves the change? What access is required? What is the rollback path?

### Readback

How will the live change be verified immediately after it is made?

### Measurement

Which metric will be checked, against which baseline, and on what date?

### Outcome

Record what happened, including uncertainty or confounding factors.
