Overview
This policy describes the public ShopClaw website at getshopclaw.com, the free browser toolkit, and contact or pilot inquiries submitted here. In this policy, “we” means the ShopClaw team. For privacy questions or requests, email d@ecorn.agency.
The full ShopClaw pilot involves separate store access and workflows. Its data handling is agreed with each participating merchant and is not described as part of this public website policy.
The browser checklist saves its progress on your device. Contact and pilot forms send the information you enter to our team through Resend. This public site does not automatically send form contents to an AI model.
Information we handle
When you contact us or request a pilot
We receive the name, email address and message you submit. A pilot request can also include an optional store URL. We use this information to review the request, respond, and discuss whether a pilot is a fit. The form does not add you to a marketing list.
When you use the browser toolkit
The checklist stores selected items in your browser’s local storage under shopclaw-toolkit-checks-v1. That progress is not sent to our server by the toolkit. You can clear it in your browser’s site data settings. Prompts you copy from the site stay on your device until you paste them into a tool of your choice.
When you visit the site
Cloudflare delivers the site and may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request data to provide and protect the service. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also makes requests to Google. We do not currently run a separate advertising analytics script on this site. Cloudflare may use security cookies depending on its protection settings.
Service providers and sharing
We use Cloudflare for website delivery and the form endpoint. We use Resend to deliver inquiry emails to the ShopClaw team at d@ecorn.agency. Those emails are then held in our work mailbox. The site uses Google Fonts for typography. We do not sell the information you submit through these forms.
External links, including GitHub, Shopify and ECORN, lead to services with their own privacy practices. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to answer your request, maintain relevant business records, resolve issues or meet legal obligations. We have not set a single fixed retention period for all inquiries. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you sent through the forms by emailing d@ecorn.agency. We may need to verify that the request comes from you, and some information may need to be kept where the law permits or requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. You can also clear local toolkit progress directly from your browser. The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
