The ground rules for using this site and its free toolkit.
Scope
These Terms cover the public ShopClaw website at getshopclaw.com, its browser checklist, prompts and downloadable materials. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. “We” means the ShopClaw team; contact us at d@ecorn.agency.
These Terms do not grant access to the private ShopClaw runtime or govern work performed inside a merchant store. Any pilot is subject to a separate written agreement covering access, permissions, scope and commercial terms.
The toolkit and AI
The browser toolkit is a planning aid. It can help you record a baseline, ask better questions and write an action brief. It does not connect to your store or make live changes by itself. Its checklist progress stays in your browser as described in our Privacy Policy.
The public eCom AI Toolkit repository has its own license, shown in that repository. Follow that license for the repository’s code and content. Other text, design and trademarks on this website remain with their respective owners.
AI prompts, examples and suggested actions can be incomplete or wrong. Check source data, permissions and proposed changes before applying anything to a live store. You are responsible for decisions you make using the public toolkit.
Your use
You may use the public pages for lawful business research and planning. Do not submit another person’s private information without authority, impersonate someone else, attempt to disrupt the site or its forms, or put passwords, API keys or other secrets into an inquiry or an AI prompt shown here.
Product imagery and platform marks identify examples and third-party services. Their appearance does not mean those brands endorse ShopClaw or use its product unless we say so explicitly.
Pilot requests
Submitting a contact or pilot form starts a conversation. It does not guarantee acceptance into a pilot, access to software, a particular outcome or a response by a specific time. We may ask for more context before discussing a pilot. Store access and any live changes require separate permission and written terms.
Availability, links and changes
We may update, pause or remove public site features. We aim to keep information accurate, but the site and free toolkit are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or a specific business result, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Links to third-party sites are provided for context. Their terms and content are outside our control. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new date above. Questions can be sent to d@ecorn.agency.
